Here is a Lancaster bathroom that we took from leaking and musty
to beautiful and functional.

A small amount of water escaping the shower may not look serious, but the damage you can’t see is usually the bigger concern. Water can work its way behind tile, underneath the shower pan, into drywall, or into the wood framing and subfloor.
The longer the shower continues to be used, the more expensive the repair can become.

This might be a bit long but just wanted to thank Josh and his team at Bower Tile for coming through and saving our bathrooms. We had a nightmare shower leak situation with a handyman who had just remodeled the Master Shower after 3 agonizing months, who by the way denied he did anything wrong... We basically had your worst nightmare scenario after a shower remodel and to add insult to injury, after the demolition of the master shower happened we noticed the second shower next door (that was also remodeled by the same guy years ago) was also leaking! So both showers we’re leaking downstairs into a closet…
After much discussion we decided to just save the master shower and redo the entire second shower since there was too much uncertainty about how much damage there might have been if we had we decided to just patch it up. Josh gave us a reasonable price and assured us things would come out great and sure enough they did!
Now believe me when I say that this review could go on forever explaining our story and how our trauma left us uncertain with just about anyone.
So seeing the process after each day left us confident that the work he and his team were doing would leave us with peace of mind that our leak issue would be a thing of the past and non-existent in the future. They did great work fixing the master shower and even better work remodeling our second shower.
So to Josh, his team and all at Bower Tile, Thank you again for your help, for answering all of our questions and requests and for our beautiful second shower. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future.
In 2023, I had two upstairs bathrooms renovated, and the contractor made many mistakes during the process. He was not local, and a few weeks after the renovation, we had a leak from one of the updated bathrooms to the living room. Also, when we would take showers, the grout would crack. The other bathroom’s caulk peeled up and became discolored. We had estimates on the repairs, but the prices were astronomical. So we just waited and used another bathroom. After over a year, we finally had the courage to look for another contractor to repair the bathrooms. We searched and came across Bower Tile. Joshua was wonderful! His pricing was reasonable, and he scheduled the repairs ASAP! The old grout at the bottom and the top of the shower had to be removed and replaced. The caulk from the second bathroom was removed and replaced. Bower Tile did an excellent job! Both bathrooms look the way they should have all along. I’m so happy we took a chance on Bower Tile. Thank you, Joshua, for the great work that was done and restoring our faith in contractors.
Josh and his entire team were great from start to finish. Very informative and communicated through the entire process. They restored our trust in having work performed at our home. Cant wait until our next project!
Josh and his team redid our master bathroom after we had a leak and handled everything the right way, tore it down, redid all the waterproofing properly, and put in new tile that came out super clean and high end. What I liked is he didn’t try to shortcut anything, you can tell he actually cares about doing it right not just making it look good. Easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, and kept things moving. I’d definitely use him again.
